About Ted Strodder

Selling an Average of 25 Homes Per Year Since 1990
Ted Strodder is one of the most experienced, dedicated, hard working Real Estate Brokers in Marin County, helping clients achieve maximum results with unmatched detailed effort and follow up. Ted works in the #1 Real Estate Office in the county for Golden Gate Sotheby’s Int’l Realty. He has been a licensed broker for over three decades and has received numerous awards for client service and sales, including repeatedly being named the #1 agent in his company for homes sold during his long career.
Ted started out building fences and moved into fixing up houses in the late 80’s. He ultimately traded in his tool belt for a tie though, finding he hit his thumb with the hammer more than he did the nail. He went on to become a busy agent, helping friends and new clients with 22 home sales his first year. He has personally remodeled 25 homes, but gave that up long ago to focus on helping clients with their projects. He is still considered to be one of the county experts on fixer uppers and construction.
Ted is the co-founder of the Marin Platinum Group, a network comprised of the Top 100 Agents in Marin County. He is a native to the Bay Area and can answer any question you may have about specific property values, schools, weather patterns, commute times and recreation. He is always just an email, text or phone call away at 415.377.5222, or ted@gomarin.com. There is a strong chance he will pick up the phone, but if not, he will respond quickly, guaranteed.

This shot above was used by The Republic of Tea on a tin of their Double Green Matcha. Ted mentioned to his client Ron, who owns the company, that he needed two bags of their green tea in the morning as one wasn’t usually strong enough. Next thing you know, they launch a double strength version!

This can is on display in Ted’s office still today.
